Foxes and Hedgehogs

Isiah Berlin used a discussion of a fox and a hedgehog to describe two very different ways of thinking.  Hedgehogs are focused on a single issue or vision and will be able to provide every single detail about that topic you might need to be an expert.  The fox, on the other hand, sees the world in a broader context, knowing about more things in less depth.

Which is better?  Vikram Mansharamani suggests that depends on whether you are in the midst of a puzzle or a mystery.  And how does that apply to your selection of an attorney?  Sound interesting?  More to come.
